I did most of the initial work instructions for building and testing these devices.
I remember my initial experiences of soldering SMTs. They weren't pretty, and of course, they went to the scrap bin. But I had to step up to meet the J-STDs for soldering.
Very thankful for this opportunity to take part in transitioning the company from low volume to medium volume production. I have learned a lot through the process.
